Question

Do I need a National Park Pass?

Answer

Yes! You can book a National Park Pass using the link in the "Things to do" section. The best value is to get a discovery pass that gives you access to 80 parks for a year.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail / Semi-formal attire is encouraged but please wear what you are most comfortable in. ps. The ceremony will be held in a grassy area so please be mindful when picking footwear (*cough* heels)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, street parking is available alongside Tunnel Mountain Reservoir. For dinner, we will be going to Lupo downtown Banff, which is within walking distance of many hotels. Parking is available but may be limited.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony should begin between 1:30-1:45PM. Please arrive a few minutes early. Given the high demand for Tunnel Mountain Reservoir, we have limited time at the location.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Just let us know ahead of time and we will make the restaurant aware.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are having a welcome party for everyone on Friday night before the wedding! On Sunday, we would love to have brunch with anyone heading out early!

Question

What is the weather like in Banff?

Answer

The weather can be unpredictable in the spring. In May, you should plan for anything from warm sunny days, rain, to frost or snow. On average, the temperature will be around 15 degrees and can be chilly in the evening. Don't forget to pack a coat or some warmer sweaters.
