Downtown Lee's Summit Main Street
Downtown Lee 's Summit is a cute little downtown area with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The Stanley wedding reception venue is in downtown Lee's Summit. We recommend 3rd Street Social for food, the Whistle Stop for coffee, and Libations & Co. for cocktails.
Prairie Village
Prairie Village is a cute little shopping center near Prairie Baptist Church where the wedding ceremony will be. It's a great place to grab food and coffee.
Overland Park Farmers' Market
Downtown Overland Park is where James and Taryn have lived together for more than 3 years! Enjoy the farmer's market on Saturday morning and the little boutiques that dot the main street. We recommend Parisi for coffee; Strang Hall, Lulu's noodles, and Elsa's Ethiopian for meals; and the Peanut and Brew Labs for drinks and pub food.
Country Club Plaza
The Plaza is a great spot to walk around and shop. We recommend Messenger coffee, the Made in KC shop, and Bruu Bubble Tea Cafe.
Crossroads
If you're in town on Friday night, make sure to explore the art galleries and night life during First Fridays down in the crossroads. We recommend the Crossroads hotel and Casual Animal Brewery for drinks, and Parlor, Mission Taco, and Lulu's Noodles for food.
