The ceremony is being held at the Williamstown Botanic Gardens. Unfortunately we are only allowed to have 20 chairs set up at the ceremony, so please be prepared to stand for the duration of the ceremony.
The reception will be held at The Luxor Function Centre in Sydenham. It is about a 35 minute drive from the Williamstown Botanic Gardens. No! There will be beer, wine, sparkling, soft drinks, orange juice and still and sparkling water available throughout the night at the reception!
Yes, free parking is available around the gardens and in the on street parking in Williamstown. There is also paid parking at the Williamstown Beach which is located across the road. There is also free parking available at The Luxor Function Centre.
The ceremony will begin at 3pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find a park.
After the ceremony, the bridal party and the Bride and Grooms Family will be taking pictures at the Botanic Gardens. Guests can start to make their way to The Luxor Function Centre where there will be hot savouries and drinks available. We kindly ask that only those named on the invitations attend.
While we love your little ones, we want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy the evening. We ask that only the young ones listed on the invite attend. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, should you wish to honour us with a gift, a wishing well will be available at the reception for your contribution and best wishes.
