Answer

Despite being in overall good health, Tara suffers from a rare, yet-to-be-named condition that prevents her from replacing the cap on anything from which she has removed it. Examples include toothpaste, shampoo, water bottles, etc. We have not given up hope and are still working towards finding a cure.
