What will the weather be like?
Answer
Colorado weather in May is highly unpredictable! The months average is a high of 63 degrees and low of 37 and sunny. We are hopeful for a warm sunny day, however there is always an occasional snow storm in May. Please plan accordingly for all weather!

What should I wear?
Answer
Hopefully the weather will cooperate for us! If so, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be located outside. We are hopeful for a sunny day, but please be prepared for cold weather just in case. The reception will be inside. Dress attire is formal/ semi formal.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is scheduled to start at 4pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early to get your seat. If you are planning to take the shuttle times to catch it will be communicated as we get closer to the day!

Is there a welcome event?
Answer
Yes! Please join us on Thursday at New Terrain brewing company. We have the back room reserved and would love to see you when you arrive. It will be a cash bar and there will be a food truck available on site.

Is there a shuttle to and from Boettcher Mansion?
Answer
Yes!! Please RSVP if you and your party will be planning on taking it so we can plan accordingly. The shuttle will run from our hotel block at the Courtyard to Boettcher mansion and back at the end of the night. Specific times will be communicated before the day of. If you are staying at a different hotel/ Airbnb we recommend taking an Uber to the Courtyard to ride the shuttle to Boettcher Mansion and vice versa. Catching an Uber may be difficult up on Lookout Mountain after the wedding is over due to it being a more remote location. Due to this, we suggest riding the shuttle down to the Courtyard and catching an Uber from there to where you are lodging. If you do choose to Uber to and from the venue, we recommend scheduling it IN ADVANCE as it may be difficult to get one at Boettcher Mansion at 10 pm. If you have any further questions about transportation please let us know!

Is there parking at Boettcher Mansion?
Answer
Yes! If you choose to drive yourself there is parking available. It is limited so they have encouraged us to carpool or take other transportation methods as much as possible.
