Is there a shuttle?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided by the venue at the end of the night to bring you back to the hotel. The shuttle starts running at 10:15. Dance ends at 11:15 and shuttle should be running continuously to get everyone back.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes! The Grands offers free parking overnight.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Kids are welcome! We would love to see your little ones but also understand if you want to get a sitter and have a night to yourselves! As the night gets later most of the music on the dance floor will be dedicated to the adults though :)

What should I wear?

Answer

Think more semi-formal or cocktail attire! We ask that you leave your jeans and sneakers at home :) We hope to have our ceremony outdoors so keep October temperatures in mind!

What about COVID?

Answer

We do not have any specific restrictions. We ask that you consider the health of yourself and be considerate of other guests. We strongly encourage all to test themselves before attending our event. If you test positive or are feeling ill, we will definitely miss your presence but prefer you stay home.

What if I am nursing?

Answer

You are welcome to use the bridal suite on the far end of the bar. It is locked once the dance starts but staff will be willing to open it for you for some privacy.

Time frames?

Answer

Ceremony is promptly at 3:30. Dinner is served at 5:30. Dance starts at 7:15. Shuttle starts at 10:15. The dance ends at 11:15pm
