Hotel Playa Fiesta

We’re holding all activities at Playa Fiesta, a fantastic private boutique resort on the beach. Playa Fiesta requires a 4-night minimum because we’re taking over the hotel. Booking is first-come, first-serve and there are only 28 rooms.

Please note a passport is required for anyone entering Mexico. Make sure yours is up to date! You will want to fly into Puerto Vallarta (PVR). Flights are typically cheapest on Tuesdays and should be booked at least two months out in order to secure the best deal.

Transport Options From the Airport

Taxis are available from the airport. Upon exiting customs and past the timeshare salespeople there will be taxi booths where you can purchase a fixed price voucher for a taxi. You have the option to pay in pesos or dollars. Once you purchase your voucher, attendants will escort you to your taxi. Rates are set by the government and according to my research, it's 412 pesos/about $23. Private Car Service Playa Fiesta recommends Superior Tours for pickups from the airport. Our Room Package

A flat fee of $1,246.00 (includes tax and service fees*) includes 4 nights’ accommodations for 2 people (March 9th-13th) 3 breakfast buffets, the Day After Wedding Brunch, and daily National open bar. Also included is dinner on Wednesday & Thursday and lunch on Friday. The only meals you will need to cover will be lunch on all days except the wedding day and dinner on Saturday. The package also includes a discounted massage day (one-30 minute massage per person) and it holds a $15 service charge (non-transferable) per massage received (this is not considered a tip) - upgrades available. *19% tax, 10% service charge **Bar & restaurant hours are 8a-11p

How to Book Your Room

All reservations are received through the website. The dates may initially say ‘No Availability’ but the Wedding Access Code (‘MaxAndTanya’’ case sensitive). will gain you access to our reservation. Enter no more than 2 guests per bedroom (indicated as Rooms), even if there are more. The rate is the same for a single guest as it is for two guests. If you are rooming with another wedding guest, only one of you needs to book a room. You must, at a minimum, enter the exact 4 nights that we’ve reserved: March 9th through March 13th. All additional food, drink, and incidentals charged to the room during your stay will also be your responsibility at checkout.

Additional Nights and Other Details

Additional nights are available before the above dates at $248.00/night, plus tax and service charges. This rate includes open National bar and breakfast buffet for two guests per bedroom. Please make just a single reservation for all the nights you wish to stay. To reserve multiple bedrooms please change the number next to Rooms. The nightly rate on the following page will reflect the number of bedrooms selected. No more than two adult guests per bedroom reserved. Please add any additional guest names in each bedroom reservation under ‘Comments’. Your credit card will not be charged until checkout. Playa Fiesta only accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards and debit cards often have trouble processing in Mexico. Playa Fiesta does retain the right to charge your credit card in advance for the full amount in the case of cancellation by the host couple. Please email us if you have any special needs because we’ll be assigning your rooms, not Playa Fiesta.
