we’re getting married

Tanner and Sara met while studying abroad in San Sebastián, Spain. That semester, they spent time taking intensive Spanish courses while completely immersing themselves into the Spanish and Basque cultures. They traveled to 9 European countries together and 1 African country, Morocco while living in Europe. They had the time of their lives & the experience truly shaped the people they are today! Can you tell they miss it? A lot has changed since then - they both completed college and started their careers. Sara obtained her BS in Biology and now works in Clinical Research and Tanner obtained his BA in Psychology and is currently a Physician Travel Concierge. They moved from their hometowns, Reno, NV and Wilmington, NC to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2020 and have since moved three times within Raleigh. Along the way they rescued a big, fuzzy, green eyed, grey cat, named Gus, and a spunky little Chihuahua that snorts, named Phoebe (P for short). Gus thinks he’s a dog and Phoebe thinks she’s a cat...or a pig. They love to wrestle! They also obviously got engaged in one of their favorite cities, NYC!!! Tanner and Sara can’t wait to celebrate their love with their favorite people and step into this next chapter of marriage. They are looking forward to more travels, hopefully buying a home, and starting a family together in the future.
