We're so excited to celebrate with you!

Ironically, Morgan met Tanner's parents before she met him. It was a football weekend in Athens in October of 2019. Tanner couldn't attend the game that weekend, so he gave his tickets to his friend, Matt. Matt also happens to be a close friend of Morgan. Matt invited Morgan to go with them to Athens that weekend and they all tailgated with Tanner's parents and friends (in the hotel since there was basically a monsoon in Athens that day). Morgan and her friends hit it off with Tanner’s parents. Rick and Andi actually told Tanner on more than one occasion how much they enjoyed spending time with them that day. About a year later, Tanner’s sister had convinced him that a dating app was a great idea for him. Morgan was on the same app, and one day she was scrolling through her matches and came across Tanner. She recognized someone pictured with him in a photo, recognized his tailgating photos in Athens, and realized he was the one who had given Matt the football tickets a year earlier. With nothing to lose, she messaged him and said, “thanks for the football tickets”. They connected, went on a date, and have basically been inseparable ever since! Although it isn't easy to keep anything from Morgan, Tanner secretly and carefully planned the proposal, and in September of 2021 in Athens, GA he asked Morgan to be his wife - on the field in Sanford Stadium. Morgan and Tanner are now looking forward to sharing this new beginning with friends and family at their wedding in Highlands, North Carolina. We look forward to celebrating with you!
