This place has it all - white water rafting, ropes courses, ziplines, kayaking, hiking and biking trails, rock climbing, restaurants, and breweries. It is an absolute blast! Entry is free, parking is $6, and each activity has its own set price.

Carowinds

14523 Carowinds Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28273

Over 45 rides and roller coasters at this park. We highly recommend buying your ticket in advance. Be sure to ride Fury, with a 325 foot drop!

Optimist Hall

A fun food hall with shops, breweries, a bar, and a gorgeous patio.
