Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is over. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm. Cocktail hour will begin at 6:30pm. The reception will follow cocktail hour.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. We ask that the guests wear GREEN or BLACK. Please DO NOT wear white or ivory.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accomodate those formally invited. If you receive a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP cards.
We love your little ones! We want everyone to be apart of this very special night! However, we respectfully ask that if you bring them, you attend to them throughout the night.
Guests are allowed to take pictures and videos during the ceremony. Please have your phones silenced and out of the way of the photographer. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #HeadoverHills so we can see them too! We promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible.
Guests will be able to RSVP via our wedding website. Please RSVP by November 1st, 2023. NO LATER!
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP’s due to this. Thank you!
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.
Please know that your love and company on our wedding day is the only thing we could ask for! However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our newlywed fund would be much appreciated. Look under registry tab for more info.
We will be hosting a family/friends meet and greet at Dave & Busters on Friday February 9th at 6pm. Please feel free to join us before we tie the knot!
