Amtrak has trains arriving to the New York's Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station (NYP). The Moynihan Train Hall is less than 2 miles from the Manhattan Cruise Port. An Uber or taxi may usher you to the port. The taxi ride could be 30 minutes depending on traffic times. Consider arriving 45 minutes early before your train.
