The venue will open at 2:30pm. Please arrive ten minutes before the ceremony start time of 3pm to allow time for seating.
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if the invitation is addressed to your entire family. If your invitation says, for example, "The DeSalvo Family," then your children are invited. If your invitation only lists you and your spouse by name, then your children are not invited.
There is plenty of parking at the venue, and you may leave your car there overnight.
The Embassy Suites listed in the "Travel" section of this website has a limited shuttle service to the venue. This will be available to sign up for when you check into the hotel, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Ride-sharing services, such as Uber and Lyft, are also available.
Due to limited numbers, only guests whose invitation says "and Guest" can bring a date.
No. The meal for all children who are 12 and under is set by the venue. The kids meal is chicken tenders, tater tots, and a fruit cup.
We want you to be present with us during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer who will take amazing pictures during the ceremony, so please keep your phones tucked away until the ceremony ends. Our photographer is amazing and we will share the photos of the ceremony with you.
