Karina is not only Jackie's friend but also cousin! How fun has it been to have a bestie that is also family! Karina and Jackie were able to go to Central Catholic with each other and later went on to enjoy visiting each other in college. Summers at home were always the best, especially the summer of 2009 when Karina and Jackie were always up to something fun! The two went on an adventure of a lifetime when Jackie was moving back to the East Coast and Karina flew to AZ to join her in the 4-day long journey. Jackie is thankful to have Karina in her life and is so honored that she accepted to be her Matron of Honor.
Max Ponte
Best Man
Rob and Max's friendship is as storied as it is strong. Rob met Max in Middle School where Max's dad was the Coach for their Football team. Back then Max was a scrawny Portuguese kid with a crazy mop of dark curly hair that was somehow exempt from running sprints and was always the Quarterback. Even through they went to different High Schools they formed a friendship over Football and the love of dancing. Max loves to dance and would peer pressure Rob into dancing like an idiot so much that now Rob likes to dance. Somehow they both attended the same college but there isn't enough time to tell those stories. Max is the closest thing to a little brother that would always get them into trouble but Robert wouldn't have it any other way. Robert is honored and blessed to call Max his Best Man.
Samantha Murphy

Samantha and Jackie sat across from each other in Mrs. Houlne's 1st grade class and shared crayons. They continued to keep their friendship strong throughout high school at Central Catholic and through college. It was always such a fun time when Samantha and Karina would visit Jackie at Salve Regina every school year to enjoy Newport. Today, you will find Samantha and Jackie on the phone asking each other for advice, being sounding boards for one another, and planning for the next big event they will coordinate with each other! Samantha has always been such a great support for Jackie. When Jackie and Rob started dating and things were progressing, she was the first person Jackie called to tell her she really liked this guy "Rob" and she hoped it would work out!
Jonathan Norman
Groomsman
Jon or "Norm", as his friends affectionately refer to him as is one of Rob’s oldest college buddies. Rob moved into Norm’s apartment during the first summer he lived in Newport. Norm showed Rob the Newport Summer ropes and many revelries ensued. They had so much fun they that they decided to move into a new apartment above a bar for the next summer. That may or may not have been the best decision, but many fond memories were made during those times. Norm is the “glue” of the friend group and holds the crew together. Rob credits Norm on convincing him to get into Fantasy Football which is an amazing way to keep in touch with all of their friends during their busy lives. Rob is honored to have Norm by his side.
Kate Mattar

Kate and Jaclyn were friends before they were even on this earth. Their families were close and when Jaclyn came along, she already had a best friend in Kate. They were with each other practically every day when they were children- often going to the beach, swimming in the pool, playing in the yard, riding bikes, having sleepovers every weekend, going to the Cape, having breakfast with each other's grandparents, and enjoying cookouts. Today, they still love doing all of the same things, but you can add breweries and festivals to that list! Kate and her husband, Abe, also are great travel partners and have made several trips to visit Jaclyn and Rob to CT to hike, explore breweries, and play highly competitive board games. Jaclyn is so excited to have Kate by her side! Cheers!
Andy Gould

Andy Gould is closet thing to a big brother that Rob has. They first met at college on the same football team and became fast friends. Andy would always invite Rob to parties and is credited for first introducing him to Jackie. They lived together Junior year and would always start off a night of partying by sounding a horn. After college Andy and Rob worked at the same company and continued their friendship. Andy might be the only other person that loves beer more than Rob. Rob looks up to Andy as he is the type of person that would do anything for his friends. Rob was in Andy's wedding party when he married the love of his life and he cannot wait to have him standing next to him on his big day.
Ali Doran

Jackie met Ali when she moved to Phoenix in a job interview with Robert Half. Jackie's super positive responses made Ali tell her manager at the time that they should hire Jackie- 5 hours later Jackie was accepting a role with Robert Half! Ali was a great friend from the start, grabbing lunch together, hiking with Harry, making cheese plates worthy of the Food Network, and shopping trips to HomeGoods. Ali made Jackie feel at home in Phoenix when she often felt far away from home on the East Coast. The two have so much in common and were able to celebrate their engagements together because they got engaged a week apart! Though they live clear across the country now, their friendship has not skipped a beat, and Jackie is so honored that Ali said yes to stand beside her!
Tony Michaud

"Tony" is another close friend from Western Mass and the High School Football days. Tony and Max went to the same High School but Rob completed the trifecta. Tony and Rob got closer in college when Tony transferred to the same school, they became roommates, and he joined the Mudville Crew. Tony is Rob's confidante and Rob is the Goose to Tony's Maverick. Post college they somehow ended up working at the same company and consistently talk about their passions for Del Taco, Techno Music, and Video Games via official company communication channels. Shortly after college, Tony answered the Call of Duty and is now an Officer in the National Guard and Rob couldn't be prouder to have him by his side as a Groomsman!
Chelsea Finn

Nothing truly forms a friendship like studying abroad in a foreign country and having no meal plan! Chelsea and Jackie started cooking and organizing group dinners when they were both studying at Oxford in England one summer. From then on they became great friends and travel buddies- France, Belgium, Wine Country to name a few excursions! Their epic trip to Paris during their spring break junior year was one for the books! They spent time with family, traveled to Belgium, experienced the Stella Artois brewery and drank wine along the Seine River. They also share a love of beer and wine tastings, and Boston sports, especially the Bruins! Jackie can't think of anyone better to have by her side that can give such great support!
John Fall

John, or more simply “Fall”, was Rob’s roommate Junior year in College. Fall is the most dedicated and hard-working person that Rob knows. During college, Rob would try to keep up with Fall in the weight room but never could. Rob and John’s friendship really blossomed over their mutual love of camping. One-year John invited Rob to camp with his family in Montauk Long Island. This kicked off a decade long tradition of an annual summer camp out on the beach. Fall slowly invited the rest of the friend group until the annual camping trip became a storied and looked forward to yearly tradition. Fall is an intense competitor, whether in Football, Board Games, and everyday life, he always pushes Rob to be the best he can be. Rob can’t wait to celebrate with J. Fall!
Samantha Lawson

College would not have been the same without Sam in Jackie's life! The two became friends during their freshman year at Salve Regina University. They lived down the hall from each other and later lived with each other their junior year. Sam and Jackie always had something going on: changing car batteries, ordering Domino's, buffalo chicken dip, enjoying beach bonfires, and enjoying Newport to the fullest! Despite living so many miles apart the past few years, Sam and Jackie have been able to keep their friendship like they have never skipped a beat.
Dustin Weisel

Another College Football Buddy, Dustin was Rob's pulling Guard. Dustin always had Rob's back on and off the field. Don't let this big guy fool you, he is the nicest person that Rob knows and is the soul of his friend group. Dustin and Rob bonded over their mutual love for Big Trucks, Beer, Chicken Wings, and the Outdoors. Dustin is the little bit Country to Rob's Rock and Roll. Dustin is also a good friend to Jackie and during college Rob would confide in Dustin his affection for her. Rob is lucky that he put in a good word when started dating. Jackie and Rob are excited to share their big day with him!
Brittany Hullinger

Jackie and Brittany have been colleagues, friends, and roommates in Middletown and Newport! They met while working at the Boys & Girls Clubs and really hit it off. After realizing they had similar interests, one being their love of dogs, there was no stopping them. Brittany and Jackie made a voyage together to Virginia to rescue Brittany's dog, Leland. This journey truly bonded them together! As Jackie was Brittany's wing-woman in rescuing Leland, Brittany was Jackie's wing-woman on her first outing with Rob. She was a great friend for taking the time to accompany Jackie to Mudville Pub to have a drink with Rob and his friends. Brittany has always been there to support Jackie in her various moves and adventures! Jackie is truly blessed to have Brittany in her life!
Matt Boland

Matt and Rob were sophomore roommates in college and played on the same Football team. Rob knew that they were going to be best friends when on the first night Matt suggested they skip dinner so they could drink more beer. Ever since then Matt has been a good friend and an even better Beer Pong partner. Matt and Rob continued their friendship after college and really hit their stride when Rob moved from Arizona to New York. Matt introduced Rob to the best of the NYC area and true appreciation for a good cigar. Matt is the best golfer out of all of the Groomsman and would always lie to improve Rob's score but don't tell anyone. Rob was a Groomsman in Matt's wedding and is honored to be by his side again. Rob is lucky to be able to call Matt a friend.
Tara Livingston

Tara is Jaclyn's older sister and they are separated by a slight age gap. This meant Tara was a major influence on Jaclyn growing up. She often babysat her, chaperoned a school field trip, brought Jaclyn and Kate on many sledding trips, let Jaclyn "drive" the car around the neighborhood, and made many other fond memories. Jaclyn is happy that Tara can stand by her side on such an important day in her life, as Jaclyn once did for Tara.
Brendan Porat

Brendan is Robert's only "little" cousin. Even though he currently towers over him and everyone else in the room. Most people may not believe this but there was a time when Brendan was a shy little boy who would only go to summer camp if his "big" cousin Robert was there. Every family holiday you could find the two inseparable, playing video games or having a Nerf gun battle across the entire house driving both of their mother's crazy. Currently, Brendan and Robert share a passion for the gym and consistently ask each other how much they can squat. Robert is thrilled to have such a good cousin and groomsman by his side on his special day.
Nick Rogers
Groomsman
Nick is one of Robert's oldest friends. They met in elementary school when they were paired up for a science fair project and have been close ever since. Through High School they honed their Parkour skills during their awkward skater phase and were the only two members of the AV club. Even when they attended different colleges in different states they made sure to stay in touch and grabbed a beer when they could. To this day Robert admires Nick for his culinary acumen and political connections. There is no way Robert could spend the most important day of his life without with personal lawyer, pillar of morality, and oldest friend by his side.
Harry
Ring Bearer
Harry is Jackie and Rob's pride and joy. Though he will not be attending the church ceremony, we wanted to include our special pup. Jackie has had Harry since he was an 8 week old puppy so when she started dating Rob, it was important that they got along. Fortunately, Harry gave his approval of Rob after their first meeting and the rest is history! You can often find Jackie & Rob accompanying Harry on car rides, beach walks, and many other adventures. He has always been the biggest love and we hope you can see him in his special bowtie!
