Black-tie attire is a dress code for a formal evening event, and does not mean you have to wear black! Women commonly choose floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, and men commonly wear suits or tuxedos when attending a black-tie event.
In order to allow our guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation (and fun) we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope that this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day with us and enjoy having the evening off!
Matt and Carly have been together for almost 10 years and have been living together for 4 years, so they have a lot of the items that you commonly see on a wedding registry. There is a large parking lot at The Fives if you are interested in driving to and from the ceremony/reception. For those not interested in driving, there will be a shuttle available to and from the hotels and the venue. The first shuttle will leave the Hilton at 3:15pm and take you to The Fives. The second shuttle will leave the Hilton at 3:30pm and take you to The Fives. The same shuttle will be available to take to the hotels after the reception. The first shuttle leaving the reception will be leave at 10:30pm. The second shuttle leaving the reception will be leave at 11:10pm.
