When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to The Addison by 5:30 pm, so you have time to settle in to your seat. For those of you who are driving to the ceremony, account for traffic and give yourself plenty of time to get there. The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm sharp.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free Valet Parking will be provided at The Addison. The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same space, so park your car and you will be all set for the rest of the night!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Free shuttle service will be provided to and from the DoubleTree Hilton. Please see our travel page for more information.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Please join us for a Farewell Brunch at our Air Bnb on Monday. We will be making omelets, boating, playing games, and taking a dip in the pool, so come join us for post-wedding fun!
