Alexandra and Julia met in 2006 while volunteering at the Charlottesville Homeless Shelter with Key Club. (how wholesome!) They stayed inseparable all throughout highschool despite being a grade apart, with weekly sleepovers, vacations and other adventures together. Even in college, Julia and Alexandra texted everyday and would make sure to hang out over holidays and during the summer. After college when Julia was living in DC, and now Asheville, they never let the distance come between them. Alexandra feels so fortunate to have a friend like Julia who has been her rock for 15+ years! (and many more to come) Since Julia is also planning a 2022 wedding, Alexandra has been fortunate to have Julia by her side as they figure out the whole wedding planning thing together. Nothing better than having a bestie who likes the same foods, music, tv shows AND can understand the stress of wedding planning. Here's to 50+ more years of friendship!

Colten and Louis have known each other since elementary school, but their friendship blossomed throughout middle and high school. Louis has many fun memories with Colten skateboarding together, going to Bon Air pool, road tripping to shows and playing volleyball together, just to name a few. Louis is proud to have Colten stand by his side as 'best man'.

Alexandra and Jane met in 2009 on the first day of their freshman year at VCU and were wild girls who lived together in the same dorm - GRCII. They both share the same sense of humor, a love for shepherds, reality TV and the outdoors. After traveling together to California, Jamaica and all over the East Coast, they are very much looking forward to their next adventure - Alex's bachelorette in Aruba. Alex stood by Jane's side at her wedding and cannot wait to be there for Alex when she walks down the aisle and marries the love of her life.

Cole Sykes

Louis is thankful to have a little brother like Cole. They had many great memories growing up together and then living as roommates in their adult lives. Louis is fortunate that Cole lives less than a mile away so they can always get together to play a game of Fifa or just hang out.

Lindsey Peters

Alexandra and Lindsey met Alexandra's sophomore year of highschool through a mutual friend. They had many fun times around Charlottesville throughout the years which brought them closer together. In their 'adult life', Alexandra and Lindsey aren't running around UVA parties anymore but helping each other navigate the corporate world, and planning their next trip together. Their last getaway was to New Orleans in March of 2020 and haven't gone on any adventures since because of the pandemic. Alexandra is fortunate to have a loyal and caring friend like Lindsey who made the 1hr + drive to go out to dinner for her birthday and who is always down to plan an epic vacation.

Louis has known Taylor for a while through Cole, but their friendship got a lot stronger when they became roommates. Louis can always count on Taylor for a laugh or someone to have a good time with and is happy to have Taylor stand by his side on his wedding day.

Alexandra and Sky have been friends for over 10 years! Their friendship began in college at VCU and they have been close ever since. Their dogs are even best friends too! Alexandra can always count on Sky to be her dancing partner at a live music show or be her personal make-up and hair stylist for an event. They have had so many fun times over the years and cannot wait for more!

Bobby Cockerille

Louis met Bobby through Alexandra, but they have also become close friends through their dogs being best friends (Shoutout to Daisy and Mack) and sharing other similar interests. Louis can always count on Bobby for the best happy hour recommendations or just someone to hang out with. Louis is thankful to have Bobby stand by his side on his big day.

Amanda Engquist

Alexandra and Amanda met at a Halloween party in 2016 and have been close friends ever since. Some might say that Amanda was influential in Alexandra and Louis's relationship because she told Alexandra what a nice guy Louis was and she should go out with him. Alexandra listened to her advice and here we are! Alexandra and Amanda both enjoy eating seafood together and figuring out the next brunch place they want to try.

Matthew Creeger

Louis and Matthew go way back to middle school biology class and have remained close over the years. A few words that Louis would use to describe Matthew are "hilarious and one-of-a-kind". They have had many great memories playing march madness, visiting USC and going to shows together, to name a few. Louis is fortunate to have a great friend like Matthew in his life.

Virginia Patterson

Virginia and Alexandra met through a mutual acquaintance (s/o Skylar) circa 2013. Both nature-loving hippies, they instantly bonded. When Virginia impressed Alexandra with her scientific descriptions of human physiology during a pure romance party, their fate as forever friends was sealed! AllyK is the sweetest auntie to Virginia’s human and animal children.
