Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive to the venue after 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Please reserve white for the bride. Anywhere between dressy-casual to semi-formal is perfectly acceptable! The ceremony will be indoors, but the venue grounds are beautiful so feel free to bring a jacket and enjoy the view! If you'd prefer to match our color scheme (not required), it includes shades of blue, rose, sage green, and burgundy.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be ample gravel parking available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, but you are welcome to request an Uber or carpool! Our recommended hotels are both less than 2 miles from the venue. We have the venue until 11:00am on Sunday morning, so you may leave your car overnight if the need arises. Please plan to retrieve your vehicle before 11am on Sunday morning!

I have a food allergy; can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please provide this information when you RSVP. You will be able to update your RSVP until February 12th, 2022 with this information. If you do not provide this information before February 12th, we will NOT be able to guarantee accommodations with the catering service.

Don’t you have a website with The Knot?

Answer

We do! In order to keep details such as travel and hotels private, as well as provide an open invite and RSVP ability to our virtual ceremony, we created a public website through The Knot. The websites are identical save details specific to the in-person ceremony and reception, so you don’t need to worry about the website, but if you want to share our wedding with anyone, please provide them with the following link: www.theknot.com/syido
