If entering Prospect Park at the Lincoln Rd/Ocean Ave entrance (as pictured above), walk across the running path and slightly veer left to walk under the tunnel. When you get out of the tunnel, the Boathouse will be to your right. It is roughly a 5 minute walk. There will be guides stationed at the park entry to show you the way.

For Uber, enter "The Prospect Park Boathouse & Audubon Center"
For guests that are driving, there is a parking lot. On the stretch of Flatbush Ave between Grand Army Plaza and the intersection of Empire Blvd and Ocean Ave, you will turn onto Willink Dr (next to the Lefferts Historic House and Prospect Park Carousel, 100 ft from the traffic light at the Empire and Ocean intersection). Here, staff will direct you to your parking spot. From there, it is roughly a 5 minute walk.
