Question

Where will I sit during the reception?

Answer

We are excited to create a free-flowing and dynamic atmosphere for our reception! There will be no assigned seating; instead, we encourage you to move around and enjoy the different areas of the venue. Each station will feature unique food offerings, so feel free to mingle and savor the variety throughout the evening. Relax, have fun, and make the most of this special celebration!

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Food stations will be available from roughly 5:30pm-7:30pm. *INTERNATIONAL ANTIPASTI DISPLAY *CHEF'S CARVING STATION with Tenderloin and Breast of Turkey *PASTA ACTION STATION with Rosa, Bianco, and Vodka sauces *COMFORT FOOD STATION with BBQ Pork, Pot Roast Sliders, and Mac & Cheese *MARTINI MASHED POTATO BAR with all the fixins

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception flowing between the covered patio and an indoor space.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bus transporting friends and family departing from the LECOM Harbor Center Marriott to the ceremony. The bus will return at the end of the night to return guests to the hotel. The first bus will leave the hotel around 2pm, and will then return to the hotel to bring a 2nd group to the venue around 3pm. There is also plenty of parking available at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early to find your seat and get settled. The outdoor ceremony site will open to guests at 3pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire, but let's make it festive! Ladies, think fun and flirty cocktail dresses in bright summer colors and playful patterns. Gentlemen, wear a suit with a crisp dress shirt and don't shy away from colorful ties or pocket squares. We want you to feel stylish and celebrate with us in vibrant, cheerful attire!

Is there anything to do after the reception?

Answer

As the wedding does have to end at 10pm due to noise restrictions, we are planning to carry the party over to Black Smoke Bourbon Bar, located at 50 Buffalo St., Hamburg, NY 14075.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER for a discounted rate. Please see the "Travel" page for more information. Other nearby options include Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hamburg, Hampton Inn Buffalo-Hamburg, and Courtyard Buffalo Downtown/Canalside.

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests who are named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.
