To Samantha's demise, she became a big sister only 3 years into her short little life. While she acted like she hated Sydney for the first 17 years of Syd's life, she quickly realized that Sydney would one day be her built in best friend. Samantha's quick witty humor and passion for life is contained in a mere 5'0 body - nicknamed as Taz....after the Tasmanian devil. Sydney is SO excited she get's to share her big day with her big sister by her side.
Ryan Dzierzawski
Best Man
From college in Rhode Island to both moving to San Diego together, Ryan and Mike have known each other for over a decade. Over the years they have both experienced many of the adventures of bachelor life, to engaged life, along similar timelines. Some of Mike's fondest memories from college and his time in Southern California include activities with Ryan. In May of 2023 Mike will be the best man in his wedding, and we couldn't imagine someone better than Ryan to be standing by our side for our big day.
Amanda Mercer-Vandal

Amanda has not only been Mike's sister, but one of his best friends- someone to relate to and share life's journeys with. They have joked over the years that Mike has always been the third wheel to Amanda and TJs relationship. This joke stemmed while on vacation many years ago, when Amanda, TJ and Mike shared an intimate tableside bananas flambe dessert experience together. With Amanda officiating our wedding she and TJ can now finally have their own relationship together. From time to time though, if there is ever a dessert when Mike is with them he hopes they will still graciously share it with him.

Flower Queen
Mike and Sydney's big day would not be complete without the involvement of Sydney's Nonna (grandma). Sydney's relationship with her Nonna is so special and the day would not be complete without having her part of the bridal party. Destin to walk down the aisle, Nonna will be gracing us all with her presence as she scatters the flower petals down the aisle for Sydney and Mike's ceremony.
