Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/formal attire and the ceremony is outside so keep that in mind when choosing attire!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We will have rooms blocked off at the Delta Hotel for guests. Please look at the section "Travel" for booking online. All guests have till 3/27/24 to book rooms.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to park at the hotel prior to the wedding unless you are staying there. We also cannot have everyone park at Ann and Johns house for the ceremony. Ryan and I have contacted All Saints' Episcopal Church and they have allowed all of our guest to use their parking spots for the ceremony only. Ryan and I have arranged a transportation service to pick guests up from the church and to bring them to the ceremony location. Please Arrive to the parking lots at 3:00pm. The church is no more than 3 minutes away from the ceremony location. Once the ceremony is over and it is time to relocate to the reception, the transportation service will take you back to your cars. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

All guests should be arriving to the ceremony no later than 3:30pm. the ceremony will begin at 3:30pm and should be no longer than 30 minutes.
