Old St Joseph's does not have their own parking area. They do however have an arrangement with the Philadelphia Parking Authority for on street parking. The Sheraton Society Hill provides valet parking for $49 per day. There is also a parking garage, Autopark at Olde City (125 S 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19106) that is one block from the hotel and charges $23 per day for parking.
There is not shuttle service from The Sheraton but it is walking distance or very short cab/uber/lyft ride to both church and reception. There is a public shuttle from the Holiday Inn Express that can bring you to the reception.
