When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the ceremony. If you’re staying at the hotel please be sure to board the shuttle on time. The shuttle will leave promptly according to schedule. The ceremony will start at 6:00pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The only children present will be in the wedding party. We love all of your children but our event is a small gathering of just 75 guests, and will be for adults only please.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be 2 shuttle busses leaving from the hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let us know your specific food allergies on the RSVP section of the website so we can communicate your needs to the caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The wedding venue has ample parking. If you’re staying at the hotel and would prefer not to drive, please make use of the shuttle bus we’ve arranged for your convenience.

Is there free parking at the hotel?

Answer

The hotel has valet parking only and it is not complimentary. There are several parking garages in the area if you’d prefer not to use the valet service.
