We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in New Philadelphia. Rooms can be booked at our discounted rate through the link. There are a limited number of rooms available so we suggest booking early! If any rooms in the block remain 30 days prior to the wedding, the rooms will be released to the general public.

Shuttle

Shuttle to/from Venue

We will be providing a shuttle to take you to and from the hotel, ceremony & reception. Everyone is more than welcome to park their car at the reception and leave it overnight if preferred. There is plenty of parking at the reception to accommodate everyone. For those who prefer to not have to worry about driving back and forth, you can park your vehicle at the hotel and the shuttle will come to you starting at 3:00pm. The shuttle will start picking guests up from the hotel at 3:00 PM and continue until the end of the reception.

Hotel Information

Because guests cannot begin checking into the hotel until 3:00 PM, there are a few options that we would recommend: -Travel in and secure your room the night before. -Arrive at the hotel early, leave your luggage with the front desk, and pick it up when you're able to check-in at the end of the night - the hotel has confirmed this is okay! -Drive yourself to the venue and either designate a driver in your party or have the shuttle take you to the hotel at the end of the night. If your vehicle is left overnight at the venue, please make arrangements to get your vehicle from the venue the next morning
