Are There Shuttles Running For The Day Of The Wedding?
Answer
Yes, we will have one shuttles running from the Residence Inn Residence Inn Middletown-Goshen: There will be ONE shuttle running from the hotel to Blooming Hill Farm. The shuttle will depart at 3:30pm SHARP. Please be ready outside of the hotel to promptly board the bus upon arrival. A shuttle will arrive back at the venue at 10pm to take guests back to their hotel.

Is There Parking At The Venue?
Answer
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. However, the venue has requested that cars are not left overnight. Please plan on a designated driver if needed or utilize our hotel shuttles!

Will Events Be Held Indoors Or Outdoors?

All events will be held outdoors.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal or formal garden party attire. As mentioned, our wedding will take place entirely outdoors, so please dress accordingly. We recommend suits or slacks/jacket combo and dresses. Please consider footwear for walking on natural terrain, such as gravel and grass. Stiletto heels are not recommended. A light jacket is also recommended incase it gets chilly at night!

We're keeping this party limited to adults only, unless specifically mentioned on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start around 4:15pm so we encourage guests to plan accordingly & arrive 15-20 minutes prior.

Is The Wedding Physically Accessible?
Answer
While the farm is extremely walkable and easy to get around, we will have a golf cart to transport any guests that may need assistance throughout the evening.

Can I attend the after party even if I don't stay at the Residence Inn?
Answer
Yes! If you are staying at one of the other hotels, you are still able to attend the after party. The Sleep Inn - Middletown is approximately 10 minutes from the Residence Inn and the Sleep Inn - Monroe is about 20 minutes. However, please plan for a designated driver/taxi service as transportation will not be provided.

Can I attend breakfast the morning after the wedding even if I don't stay at the Residence Inn?
Answer
Yes! Anyone is able to attend the farewell breakfast. However, please let Laura or Kevin know that you will be attending if you are not staying at the Residence Inn.
