Here are a few places and activities that we recommend in Santa Barbara.

Things To Do

East Beach is our favorite beach to visit because there is both parking on Cabrillo Blvd, as well as in the neighborhood area nearby.  There are volleyball courts, bbqs and picnic tables as well.

Relax at East Beach

Santa Barbara is known for it's great wine tasting.  In the downtown area and the Funk Zone there are tons of restaurants, shops, breweries and tasting rooms to explore.

The Santa Barbara Mission is beautiful inside and out.  You can take a tour, go to mass, visit the gift shop, or take a walk through the beautiful rose garden.

This is such a beautiful zoo and is a great place to spend the afternoon. Getting to feed the giraffes is an awesome experience for both young and old.

On Sundays from 10am to sunset there is an Art Walk that stretches along Cabrillo Blvd.  It has tons of local arts and crafts for sale and is a beautiful walk along the oceanfront.

This place has tons of boats, kayaks and paddle boards which can be rented by the hour or for the day.  Spending the day on the water is the best way to see the beauty of the Santa Barbara coastline.
