What is the Cancellation Policy?

Answer

- If cancellation is received 21 days or before your arrival, the initial deposit will be refunded. - Cancellation made from 20 days to 0 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 night - If you fail to arrive on the confirmed date (no show) your full stay as confirmed will be charged. - Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for your confirmed stay. - Should you purchase a room+flight package, Pueblo Bonito is NOT responsible for the airline policies cancellations. Please note full prepayment may be required when using this option to reserve.

Are flights included in the price?

There is an option to book hotel & air together when using our discount code & link. Please note that full prepayment may be required when using this option to reserve.

If I book my flight through the travel agent can I use points?

Answer

While the Travel Luxe team cannot book the flights for you with points, they can assist with helping find the best flights for you. Please email stewartwedding@traveluxeofficial.com for assistance or additional questions.

Who can help me set up transportation to & from the airport?

Answer

Emily & her team from Traveluxe Official will be setting up private transportation for all guests. Please email stewartwedding@traveluxeofficial.com to secure airport transfers.

Are there any group discount codes?

Answer

All wedding guests will receive 20% off on Spa Services, 20% off on Tee Times at the Quivira Golf Course & 25% on all other Resort Activities. This will be booked through your concierge when you arrive at the resort.
