United Coachways Shuttle from the Hotels to the Venue

October 14, 2024 4:15 pm - 10:30 pm

We're happy to provide transportation via United Coachways from both hotels to the venue. The bus will depart the Newport Harbor Hotel at 4:15 pm with a stop at the Atlantic Beach Hotel to pickup guests at both locations. The bus will depart the Atlantic Beach Hotel at 4:30pm to drop guests off at the venue by 4:45pm. Two busses will be at Newport Vineyards at 10:30 pm to bring guests back to the hotels. Bus 1 will go to the Atlantic Beach Hotel and Bus 2 will go to The Newport Harbor Hotel. For those guests staying at the Atlantic Beach Hotel who want to keep the party going, Bus 1 will continue on to the Newport Harbor Hotel as it's final destination.
