Question

COVID-19 restrictions?

Answer

At this time, we are requiring all guests who are eligible be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending our event. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us celebrate safely!

Question

What’s the deal with camping on the property?

Answer

That’s the best part! We will have the property from Friday - Sunday and welcome anyone who would like to pitch a tent, bring an RV, or park a camper. All rigs are invited! Please RSVP under “Setting Up Camp” for the nights you plan to stay. Friday arrivals - any time after 3p Saturday arrivals - any time before 3p Sunday departure - before 1p

Question

If I decide to camp, do I have to camp both Friday and Saturday nights?

Answer

No! You are welcome to camp with us either or both nights. For example, if you are hoping to join for the post-reception campout on Saturday but would prefer to stay somewhere else Friday to have access to showers and other amenities before the vow renewal festivities, that is totally an option!

Question

Are there other places to stay nearby if camping is not our preference?

Answer

Of course! We encourage you to stay wherever you will feel most comfortable. Please see recommendations under the "Travel" tab for alternative accommodations.

Question

What will our campsite look like?

Answer

We will be camping all together in a 5-acre, flat, well maintained, grassy field! Sites will be marked, first come, first serve with plenty of room for all who wish to join!

Question

What sort of amenities will be available to us campers?

Answer

We will have nice porta-potties and drinking water for campers to use. Other amenities, such as showers, mirrors, and changing rooms are limited, so if your camping digs have these luxuries, please plan on using them!

Question

If we are camping, what happens if it rains?

Answer

Party on! While August in the PNW is normally rain-free, of course, we cannot guarantee perfect weather. Tap into your inner boy/girl scout and be prepared.

Question

If I am camping, can I bring my pet with?

Answer

While we wish the answer were yes, no “guest” animals are allowed on the property. Understandably, the horses, chickens, and beautiful gardens of Trillium Woods Farm are not pet-friendly. Sorry!

Question

Campfires??

Answer

Yes - but only in the provided, designated, raised fire pits. If regional fire bans are in effect, we will not be able to have fires. Stay tuned!

Question

Are all of the wedding-related events at one venue?

Answer

Yes! The beautiful Trillium Woods Farm has it all! Every event listed on the “schedule” page of our website takes place somewhere on the property.

Question

55-acre farm?! How do I get around or know where to go?

Answer

All of the main event sites are within walking distance! Additionally, we will have a few designated vehicles for those who need a lift to the 'vowage' action.

Question

What should I wear to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable! Garden attire: summer dresses, short sleeve button downs, lightweight suits, and, most importantly, shoes you can cover some rocky, grassy ground in! Bring something warmer for when the sun goes down after dinner and if you are planning on staying for the campsite festivities.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The names listed on the invitation you receive are who can attend! If your name also includes a “plus one” on the invite please tell us who is accompanying you in your RSVP.

Question

Are kiddos invited?

Answer

As mentioned above, the names listed on your invitation are invited to join. We have limited the number of children invited to our events due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to allow everyone the opportunity to celebrate as comfortably as possible. We adore your children and hope you will understand!
