FAQs & COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Question

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS PT 1

Answer

Masks - we are asking that all attendees remain masked while moving around the ceremony and reception. We will also have some disposal masks available for those who may need them. Reception Seating - we're going to get creative with seating! In the below RSVP form we will be asking you if there are any attendees you're comfortable being seated with. Then we'll be working with the venue to set up varied sized tables for the reception (even if it's just you and your partner seated at a table of 2 - we got you!) Ceremony Seating - pending the final RSVP numbers, we may also be doing assigned seating at the ceremony - we'll let you know! Wrist Bands - we're also exploring wrist band options so you can subtly share with others what your comfortable with in terms of personal space (i.e. green bands mean you're vaccinated, recently had a PCR negative test or antibodies up enough for a quick masked hug vs red bands asking individuals to please keep their space at all times)

Question

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS PT 2

Answer

Dancing - we are going to ask folks who would like to bust a move, to do so near their tables to avoid large gatherings on a dance floor Indoor/Outdoor - one of the great things about our space is that it can be opened up to be an outdoor space. We'll make sure there are heat lamps but please bring layers just in case! Size - we were already a small group for the venue size we were in, so please know that we will totally be able to be safely spaced apart. In terms of people in the room.
