The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Jones River Trading Post located at 42 Elm St, Kingston, MA 02364 (a 10 minute drive from historic downtown Plymouth, MA.)
The ceremony will begin at 4 pm with the reception directly afterwards.
Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, sundresses, casual suits, slacks, button-downs, and sports coats with ties or no ties are all perfect for our wedding. You'll likely feel underdressed in jeans and t-shirts. Don't forget your dancing shoes! Thin, high heels may not be best on the grassy ceremony lawn or old wooden reception hall floor.
The ceremony will be held outdoors and then we will move indoors for the cocktail hour and reception. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors.
Yes, this venue has ample parking for all of our guests.
We want to celebrate our day with an "unplugged" wedding ceremony; kindly refrain from using devices and taking pictures – we hired a pro to do that!
Yes, please bring cash for drinks (there is an ATM on-site too.) The bar will be serving beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks.
We do not but Kingston is located minutes from many hotel options. This coastal area is a popular wedding and tourist destination and is still quite busy in September, so don't delay when finding lodging!

Yes! There is an entire room right off the reception area with comfy chairs if you need a break from the music.
