We met at church, which if you know us, is perfect because that's where both of us can always be found! In my (Nichole) seeking a new church home last fall, God directed my path to Rivers of Life International Ministries where I already knew the pastor's wife, Sharon. During that visit, she introduced me to everyone and that's how I met Steve. During the next couple of weeks, Steve asked Sharon to invite me to fellowship with them after church, and I went. Sharon persuaded me (and thank God she did!) to exchange numbers with him. Like the perfect gentleman that he is, Steve would always ask if he could walk me to my car after church and pursued me with phone calls that sometimes would last for hours. It only took a few months for God to reveal to both of us that we were exactly what the other had been praying for. Steve proposed at the place where we met - our church - and I told him in front of everyone there I would be honored to be his wife! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Grand Junction!
