Everyone knows the joke set-up, "Guy walks into a bar..." but not many of the punchlines include a couple of dorks getting married! Hailey worked as a bartender at the Applebee's a mile down the road from where Steve rehearsed as part of Glendale Community College's jazz big band. Every Monday night after rehearsal Steve and a group of fellow musician friends grabbed some grub and drinks at Hailey's bar. The group thinned as the night went on, but every week one guy stayed later and later just to chat with the "cute bartender" (his words, not hers). Their relationship developed to the point that Steve wasn't just another guy at the bar. Hailey's coworkers knew she had a crush, because they saw how she swooned and blushed every Monday night when the guys were due to arrive. Now six years later after adopting one dog-son Chewbacca, some unforgettable, magical trips and fun experiences, some truly trying times and devastating losses, they've decided if they can make it through the gauntlet of the last six years, a lifetime spent together would be nothing short of extraordinary.
