Our families have reserved rooms at Blackwater Lodge for all of our guests. Please call the Lodge at (304) 259-5216 to confirm.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Check in at Blackwater Lodge is at 3pm on Friday. Our families are hosting a casual Welcome Dinner for all our guests from 6pm-8pm in the Music Room.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Blackwater Lodge & Pendleton Point both have ample amount of parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

As the ceremony is outside, we recommend bringing a coat, hat, and gloves to keep you warm. The reception is inside, so shed the layers! Reception attire is semi-formal. There is also a pool in the lodge, so don't forget your swim suit!
