Sarah and Melissa although acquaintances at first, became very close in middle school where their friendship blossomed into a sisterhood. Melissa and Sarah spent endless nights at each other's houses, going on trips with their families and continue to share countless laughs with a common sense of humor sometimes known only to them. Melissa chose her wedding party based on those who have taught her valuable life lessons, and Sarah has taught Melissa "Laughter is the Best Medicine".

Rebecca ("Becca") and Melissa met in Colorado during the sophomore year of Melissa's undergraduate studies. Becca and Melissa became very close post-graduation where Becca was a rock for Melissa as she went through some tough times, but also a guiding light when it came to living and appreciating life, love and music. Melissa chose her wedding party based on those who have taught her valuable life lessons, and Becca has taught Melissa to "Try to Be a Rainbow in Someone's Cloud".

Isabella ("Izzie") is the daughter of bridesmaid Becca Woods. Melissa has known Izzie since birth and has a great admiration for her spirit and love for music. For Melissa, just like Becca, Izzie was a breath of fresh air and guiding light through difficult times, and it was deemed absolutely perfect for her to be a part of Melissa and Stephen's day.

Junior Groomsman/Ring Bearer

Jackson is one of Melissa's cousins and one of her favorite people in the entire world. Jackson's compassion for others, intellect, and overall perseverance is looked up to by both Melissa and Stephen. Melissa was the flower girl in Melissa's Aunt Kathee's wedding (Jackson's mom), and Melissa and Stephen thought it pertinent that Jackson play this role in their special day.
