Please note, there will be no guest parking at the wedding venue itself! Please plan to park at either the Holiday Inn Express or the Best Western New Baltimore Inn, where we have shuttles that will be picking-up and dropping off!
There is no guest parking at the wedding venue, and there are likely no Ubers in the area! However, we have reserved two shuttles to complete pick-ups and drop-offs to the ceremony/reception from both the Holiday Inn Express and the Best Western New Baltimore Inn! If you stay at a different hotel or an Air BNB - you will still be able to park at the two main hotels to catch the shuttle, but please let us know where you will be staying!
Pick-up times from each hotel for the ceremony: Best Western: 4:00 pm 4:30 pm Holiday Inn Express: 4:10 pm 4:35 pm 4:40 pm Stewart House: 4:05 pm Drop-off times: 10:00 pm - Shuttle 1 - For guests who are danced out and ready to call it a night, one shuttle will be taking guests back to the hotels! 10:00 pm - Shuttle 2 - For guests who want to keep the night going just a little bit longer, the other shuttle will be taking guests to the after party at Woodhouse Lodge! 12:00 am - After the after party, the final shuttle will be coming to Woodhouse Lodge to return guests safely back to their hotels!
The two main hotels are the Holiday Inn Express, and the Best Western New Baltimore Inn. Both hotels are within 10 minutes of the wedding venue and we have reserved transportation from them to and from the wedding! Please visit the Travel page of our website for further accommodation details!
We want you to come dressed in what you feel best in! If you are looking for any guidance or ideas, anything that falls between formal and and cocktail attire would be just fine! Additionally, please note the ceremony and reception will be outside; if you plan on wearing heels, you may either want a thicker heel, wedge, or heel protector to help you not sink in the grass.
As much as we love and adore all of the children in our life, we are only able to invite a few close family members’ children. We are looking forward to having our guests relax and enjoy an evening of celebration with us—and outside of those few family members, our wedding will be an adult-only occasion.
