Question

How will we get to the venue?

Answer

All events will be hosted at the Sonoma Vineyard Estate. As this is a private residence up a winding road, the venue requires all guests to be transported via shuttle. Shuttles will be provided for all wedding events— Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Reception. All shuttles will pick up and drop off at El Pueblo Inn & Sonoma Plaza in Downtown Sonoma.

Friday (Welcome Party) 6pm - Pick Up 1. Sonoma Square (directly outside of City Hall at the roundabout) 2. El Pueblo Inn 9pm - Drop Off 1. El Pueblo Inn 2. Sonoma Square (directly outside of City Hall at the roundabout) Saturday (Wedding) 3pm - Pick Up 1. Sonoma Square (directly outside of City Hall at the roundabout) 2. El Pueblo Inn 10pm - Drop Off 1. El Pueblo Inn 2. Sonoma Square (directly outside of City Hall at the roundabout)

Where should I stay?

Answer

Guests should stay in or near Downtown Sonoma. Transportation will pick guests up at Sonoma Plaza & El Pueblo Inn. Staying somewhere close to there whether it be Airbnb or Hotel is highly recommended! Our hotel block is at El Pueblo Inn (Please see 'Travel' page for code to book). Other suggested hotels are El Dorado Hotel Sonoma, MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa, or Inn At Sonoma. Please book your accommodations ASAP as September is the busiest season in Sonoma due to harvest!
