El Huerto Farm to Table
Farm to table restaurant located ~15 mins from the Chileno Bay Resort. Must Try Dish: Shrimp Skewers (specific to the welcome event) We are hosting our welcome event at this restaurant, but this is one of our favorite spots in Cabo. If you want to stay after our welcome event for dinner, we recommend booking a reservation in advance as this is one of the hardest reservations to get in Cabo. The reservation books open 60 days in advance.
Golf at Chileno Bay Club
World-renowned architect Tom Fazio has designed a beautiful, challenging yet playable championship golf course at Chileno Bay. Enjoy panoramic views of both the coastline and the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, with each one of the courses’ 18-holes offering sea views. Note: Reservations are only available for guests staying at Chileno. The reservations open to hotel guests 60 days in advance. We recommend reaching out to your personal concierge or the hotel and scheduling a tee time far in advance if you think you'd like to play as tee times book up quickly.
Golf at Cabo Del Sol
Cabo Del Sol Course (formerly Desert Course) is artfully sculpted across the natural beauty of the Baja. Since 2001, golfers have marveled at its melding of desert and ocean, with canyon-like arroyos that are as awe-inspiring as they are challenging. Views of the ocean from all 18 holes create a breathtaking backdrop for your round, and its varying elevation changes and dramatic bunkering make the Cabo Del Sol Course a distinguished piece of the Cabo Del Sol golf experience. Golf at Palmilla
Palmilla Golf Club in Los Cabos, Mexico is famous for 27 holes of amazing golf and spectacular vistas. It has been recognized as the “Grand Dame of Los Cabos golf.” As the first Jack Nicklaus Signature design in Latin America, the masterfully conceived golf course is stunning and challenging. It is a world-class masterpiece on the world stage, and is the best of Cabo golf in Los Cabos. This Cabo golf course features spectacular vistas of the Sea of Cortez from all 27 holes. Chileno Bay Beach
Adjacent to Chileno Bay Resort is a public beach with popular for snorkeling, kayaking, and lounging! Guests staying at the Chileno will have access to a private area of the beach, as well as complimentary snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking equipment rentals. eFoil rentals are also available for a fee.
Horseback Riding
While we have not done this, we've heard great things about the horseback riding tours offered in Cabo! If you're interested, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for recommendations from our wedding planner.
Surfing
For Novices and Beginners: West of Playa Costa Azul is Playa Acapulquito, which is known as “Old Man’s Beach.” Here, you’ll find right point breaks for surfers ranging in skill from beginner to advanced. For Experts: Playa Monumentos: this beach is popular with tourists who are in Cabo San Lucas explicitly for surfing, although it is actually located just outside of the town. San Jose del Cabo also has great spots include Playa Costa Azul and the world-famous Zippers surf break. Zippers is the closest break to San Jose del Cabo, just west of the town. Playa El Tule is located in the middle of the Corridor and accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles only.

Acre Restaurant and Cocktail Bar
Farm to table restaurant in San Jose del Cabo where you feel as if we were transported to the jungle. This restaurant is located ~30 mins from the Chileno Bay Resort. Must order dish: White Cheddar Popovers
Manta
If you are looking for a fine dining restaurant with amazing views, this is a must! Manta showcases spectacular views – particularly at sunset – of the granite rock formations at Land's End in Cabo San Lucas. Manta is overseen by acclaimed chef Enrique Olvera, whose Mexico City-based Pujol and New York City restaurant Cosme have been ranked among the 100 best in the world.
