Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle picking up from the hotels at the following times: Kingston Courtyard Marriot 2:10 and 2:30 Holiday Inn Express 2:15 and 2:35 Shuttles will run back to the hotels throughout the evening.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you'll be attending by June 1, 2024. You can RSVP for yourself or your family by going to the RSVP tab.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM at Fortune Valley Manor. We recommend you arrive 15-20 minutes early to park and find a seat!

What if I arrive late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM. If you arrive late to the venue, do not panic! Keep in mind, however, that you will not be permitted to drive down to the parking lot until the ceremony is over. This policy ensures that the special moments are not disrupted by traffic. If you do arrive late, you will have two options: 1) The venue will provide valley service and permit you to walk down to the barn and ceremony area. They will then drive your car down to the lot after the ceremony, park for you, and return your keys. 2) You can wait until the ceremony is over and drive down to park your car when one of Fortune Valley Manor's employees lets you know that the ceremony is over and traffic will no longer cause a disruption.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Our bridesmaids will be wearing sage green.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, weather permitting. The reception will take place inside the venue.
