When will the invitations be sent out?

Answer

The invitations have been sent out and you should have received it by the second week in January of 2024. Your RSVP card with meal choice should be sent back to us by March 1, 2024.

What if I have to modify my RSVP?

Answer

Can't come to the wedding suddenly or did your plus one drop out? Let Ashley or Stephen know by Friday, April 5, 2024 so that they can give the final headcount to the venue by Sunday, April 7, 2024.

What time will the wedding start?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM at the wedding venue with cocktail hour immediately following. Reception festivities will continue until 11:00 PM.

What is the food situation?

Answer

Expect a full cocktail hour filled with passed hors d'oeuvres, delicious cocktail hour stations; and a plated, sit-down meal that will have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Leave room for dessert and a late-night snack! Though the venue is not a nut-free facility, we have requested that all food items will not include any nuts. Please be sure to notify us ahead of time or through the RSVP card of any allergies/dietary restrictions. For example, if you are lactose intolerant, be sure to note that you would like your meal to be dairy-free! Let us know if you need a Kids Meal (chicken tenders & fries).
