The ceremony dress code is semi-formal. If you choose, we invite guests to bring more comfortable clothes for the reception.
We ask that all RSVPs are returned to us by March 31, 2024 to secure your place and ensure we have a final head count in time. If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline. To those who do not RSVP by March 31, 2024 - We are so sorry you cannot make it!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accomodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation.
Our ceremony will officially begin at 3:30 p.m. We suggest arriving by 3:00 p.m. at the latest so you can comfortably park, find your seat and settle in before we say "I do!"
There is a small parking lot directly in front of the venue. The hotel parking lot next door is also available. Additional cars can park in the golf course's parking lot directly across the street. There is street parking as well on the same side as the golf course!
The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Cocktail Hour will happen both in and out, so guests can feel free to mingle inside or play yard games outside!
We are having an unplugged wedding ceremony, which means we ask all guests to turn their phone off for the entire duration of the ceremony to be present in the moment with us! An announcement will be made prior to the beginning of the ceremony which will notify guests when phones should be shut off. Guests can feel free to take as many photos as they'd like during the reception! We have hired a photographer to capture our entire day so you won't miss out on any photos!
Yes! For the ceremony, you are able to sit wherever you please. However, for dinner, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know.
We absolutely DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving, and Nippersink of course agrees. For this reason, guests are allowed to leave their cars overnight. All cars must be picked up the next morning between 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
