Round-trip transportation to the ceremony and reception from Vail Village will be provided so no driving necessary! Shuttles will pick up all guests at main entrance of Manor Vail Lodge at 2:45pm and depart at 3:00pm sharp. Please arrive to pick-up area outside of main hotel entrance no later than 2:45pm to ensure a ride to the wedding festivities. Return shuttles will begin running from Camp Hale back to Vail Village starting at 8:30pm with last ride at 9:45pm.

Enjoy an open bar during cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony, partake in lawn games, and get some photobooth snaps in before the reception.
The After Party

For the festive guests who want to keep the party going with the newly minted Mr. & Mrs., please join us for the after party at Frost Bar inside The Sebastian Hotel in the heart of Vail Village. The free and reliable Vail Village shuttle, which runs throughout the day and night until 1:30am, can get you safely back to your nearby hotel in a jiffy.
