How do I book my room?
Answer
Under the “Travel” tab on this website, click the link associated with the “Hotel” (Castello di Spaltenna). There, you will see a checkout page to book your room. Because we are renting out the whole venue for the wedding, rooms cannot be booked via the castle’s website to ensure only our guests can reserve :)

How do I book additional nights at Castello di Spaltenna?
Answer
Please reach out to us if you would like to stay for more than the 2 nights we’ve reserved. We will help ensure they book you in the same room assigned for the wedding :) Please note additional nights outside of our wedding will be at their normal price of around 450€ per night.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes! We are planning a few optional events in the days leading up to the wedding. Check out the “Schedule” tab for more information

Check in is at 3pm local time on Thursday, June 13.

Is breakfast included?

Yes! There is a daily buffet breakfast served at the Bar Taverna from 8-11am

Is there internet?
Answer
Yes! There is free Wi-Fi connection, no password needed. It works best in the rooms. For internet outside of the included Wi-Fi, we recommend using Airalo. An app that allows you to purchase an eSIM that allows you to use data without an international phone plan. It’s about $5 per 1GB. Code STEPHA9129 gets you $3 free 😉

What is there to do at the castle outside of wedding events?

All guests have access to book spa treatments From 8am to 8pm guests have access to use the indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, pool table, and mountain bikes From 8am to 7pm guests have access to the fitness center, sauna, steam room, emotional and tropical showers, jacuzzi, and relaxing area

Yes! Private parking is available at the castle for anyone who chooses to rent a car

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Kids are welcome through dinner. A children’s meal option will be available. After dinner we have a babysitter available for an extra charge. We ask that anyone who brings children under the age of 12 use this service :)

What travel documents do we need to enter Italy?
Answer
For US residents, please make sure your passport won’t expire for at least 6 months after your trip. No other documents are needed this year!

What Should We Wear?
Answer
The BBQ Thursday night will be dressy casual. Dress how you please during the day on Friday. For the wedding, we ask that guests dress in cocktail attire. Please note that the middle of June will be very hot during the day and will cool down at night. Also note that heels are NOT recommended. There are many stairs, uneven stone floors, and grass that you will be walking on throughout our wedding. Stephanie is even wearing white sneakers with her wedding dress ;)

Is lunch provided on Friday?
Answer
Lunch is not provided, however there are great options for a casual lunch at La Terrazza located in the castle. Don't eat too much, though. You'll want to come hungry to the wedding dinner!
