Our story begins as most romances do… at Southern Provisions in Canton square. Four days after matching on Hinge and talking about their love of Pearl Jam and Steph’s obsession with her dog, Bronx, fate stepped in and they happened to be out with friends on a beautiful Saturday evening. Keith was having a beer or four at a table with his friends and Steph was impatiently waiting in the women’s bathroom line looking through her Hinge messages when suddenly…destiny. Steph received the age old “How’s your Saturday going? I’m out in Canton Square at Southern Provisions with some friends,” and she nervously looked around to see if Keith was behind her. Thanks to Steph’s terrible vision she didn’t spot Keith but when she got back to her friends at their outdoor table messaged back “Ummm… I’m also at Southern Provisions...” Keith asked her to meet him at the downstairs bar and Steph told her friends “Be right back, I got a date inside.” Keith shared a normal drink, a beer, and Steph accidentally ordered a hot whiskey and tea, but that didn’t scare him off. Thanks to a little liquid courage, hype from their friends, a slight break in Covid Spring 2021, and of course Hinge, they met for a drink and haven’t looked back since... even when Keith decided to move 3,000 miles away for a job in Las Vegas. Thankfully Keith moved back to Baltimore in June, to reunite with his long-lost love – Bronx the bulldog! Oh and Steph too…but the three of them now live happily in a rowhome in their beloved Canton neighborhood, where it all began.
