Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00PM. However, please arrive at 4:30PM to leave time to shuttle up the hill and get settle before we start.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entirety of the wedding will take place outside on turf. There will be tents in case of rain, but it is May! Please be prepare for all possible weather on the day.

Question

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue(s)?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue. We HIGHLY encourage our guests to Uber/Lyft to the wedding. Once arrived to the gates of the Admiral House there will be a short 2min shuttle to get you to the venue.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have listed our hotel under our "Travel" tab, which we have blocked a few rooms. The link listed will give you a discounted price. However, as we know most people live in town please contact us if you need a room.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. So please come dressed to the nines! Men: Full Suits, tuxes are optional. Jackets and ties are required. Women: Evening gowns preferred.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love and adore all of the children in our life, we sincerely regret that we are unable to accommodate children. We are only able to invite a few close family members’ children for the ceremony.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert.

What is the best way to communicate any dietary restrictions?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP (link) about your dietary needs.
