Hotel
The Elkins Estate has a private hotel only for our guests the night of the wedding. The mansion offers 68 rooms, ensuring ample availability for all who wish to stay. Hotel bookings will open on September 6, 2024. To do so, email stay@theelkinsestate.com Once you send an email, you will receive a reply on rates, availability, and a link to book. The following morning, breakfast will be provided for all hotel guests. We recommend this option for its convenience and unique historic experience! Rates start at $275
Travel Note
When putting the address into google or apple maps be sure to search "Elkins Estate Wedding & Event Venue" to get to the correct front entrance. You will see large iron gates off of Ashbourne Road. If you type in the direct address, please use apple maps to ensure correct directions.
Hotel
*Note that the room block has closed. You may still book a room through their website and call to be added to the block* We have a second room block at the Hilton Garden Inn. It is located off the Pennsylvania turnpike and about a 10 minute drive to the venue. This is ideal for traveling guests who may need accommodations on Thursday or Sunday nights. You may also choose a combination of Hilton Thursday and Elkins (the venue) on Friday night. Reach out to us with any questions! Click "View" for a direct link to the room block booking site. Travel Note
As of now, there is no transportation planned from the Hilton to the venue. This may change at a later date based on the number of people staying at the overflow room block. Check back or reach out to us with any concerns. Thanks!
