By far the easiest place to fly into. It's a small, easily accessible airport just 15min from the hotels and 25min from the venue

Should you find flights to Richmond to be less than ideal, you could consider flying into DC instead. Both DC airports are about a 2 hours (or more with traffic) drive from Richmond proper, or a 2.5-3hr train ride on the Amtrak to Main St. Station in Richmond (very close to the hotels and welcome party)

Rental Car

The airport has several rental car options to choose from, including enterprise, hertz, and budget. Renting a car can be a convenient way to get around, and there is plenty of parking at the venue. However, it is a long, dark road to the venue, should you choose to drive, please drink responsibly. Richmond is not very big, so you can definitely make it the weekend walking and using uber/lyft, or Richmond's public bus system which is completely free. We will also offer a shuttle from a hotel to the venue and back for those who wish!

Shuttle from the Omni to the Venue

**TIMES ARE STILL APPROXIMATE** We hired a 56 passenger bus to transport guests from the Omni Richmond Downtown to and from the venue. The shuttle will run once before the ceremony, and twice back to the hotel about halfway through the reception and again at the very end. We will update exact times when we solidify our day-of agenda!
