Mike and Steph decided to get their second degrees at Metropolitan State Denver. Spring semester 2018 they ended up across the aisle from each other on an airplane on their way to Scotland. St. Patty's day...in Edinburgh and Glasgow...Mike tagged along with Maddie and Stephanie to the local pubs for a pint of Tenants. After enjoying a pint in every city after that, Stephanie liked having Mike around. After a snowy opening day at Coors Field with Lindsey, and some time in sunny Southern California with Becca and her sisters, Stephanie's friends knew they had something special. Stephanie ended up FaceTiming Mike every morning and every night during her summer trip to Europe with Molly. Come June 2018, they made it official in real life.

After Stephanie told her friends exactly what she wanted, Mike proposed at Dead Horse Point in Moab, Utah. Mike was nervous the whole ride to Moab and Steph had an idea what was coming when Becca decided to tag along. Once Becca made plans to take sunset photos all bets were off. Becca caught it all on camera and we couldn’t stop smiling. Thank you to Mike and Becca for making Stephanie’s dreams come true!
