When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our website by April 14, 2025!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 5PM at the Woodhouse Lodge. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. If you are driving we suggest arriving even earlier to allow time to park, enter the venue and find your seat.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will run to and from The Holiday Inn in West Coxsackie where we have a limited room block reserved.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking right across the street from our venue at Island Green Golf Club.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Pizza Party 6/13 - Dressy Casual Ceremony & Reception 6/14 - Festive Formal, ladies we'll be on the grass so rethink stilettos! Farewell Brunch 6/15 - Casual, come as you are!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you be fully present with us during our ceremony by keeping your phones and cameras tucked away. Our amazing photography & videography team will capture all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share them with you! Thank you for celebrating this moment with us—your love and presence mean everything.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you’re considering giving us a gift, we would be incredibly grateful for contributions to help us start our next chapter together. Thank you so much for your love and support!
